When you write to us, we use your details (name, email, phone if given, vehicle, message) only to handle your enquiry. The message is delivered to us via the email service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France).
Orders in the camping shop
Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). You enter your payment details directly with Stripe; we only receive the information needed for the order (name, address, email, phone, items ordered). Invoice data is kept for the statutory periods.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp (Meta) also applies. Alternatively, use phone or email.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to us at caravantechnologypera@hotmail.com. You may lodge complaints with the Portuguese data protection authority CNPD (cnpd.pt).
Right of withdrawal for online orders
Consumers may withdraw from online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons. An informal email is sufficient. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal; the customer bears the cost of return shipping. Opened hygiene products and goods ordered specially for you are excluded.
